Unhappy Help what is this for?

Hey guys what is this asjusting screw for and also how do you set it to specs? The adjusting screw is right by the intake elbow at the bottom towards the back. Thanks let me know

Isn't that the thermo wax thingy? I don't beleive that needs to be adjusted. There are two idle adjustements and one for the TPS. Be careful with that harness plug, if it gets broken or wires break on it then the car will run like poopoo.

That's the fast idle cam adjustment. Turning the screw in decreases the amount of time the fast idle cam is engaged. I'm sure there is a description of proper adjustment in the FSM.

But wont I need to block the hole it in some way and how would I go about removing it completely.
