Help with the Rotary Extreme Head light kit..

Ok,

I have the lights in place but I'm slightly confused about the 4 brackets that came with the kit.

These are the metal brackets for the FG housings.

I figured out about the 2 that mounts to the side of the housing but not sure about the other two. Can someone point me in the right direction.

YES! I've searched the forum and checked the RE site installation instruction.

I think you might be talking about the other two that mount to the last screw of the fender closes to the light, 2 bolts to the housing and 1 bolt to the fender screw

To make it fit right...your going to have to cut a lot more metal then the instructions state and make new brackets to keep the integrity of the vehicle. You will also probably have to sand the housings to allow it to fit.

Thats it!!

Do you happen to have some pics of that?? Also, do you have to take the bumper off to do this?

I've already cut, painted the housing, etc. Just need to install the housings.

Take the bracket and the bolts out to the driveway and let big John beat them with a large hammer then give them to Brian to weld together in one small lump .Bring the lump to Murfreesboro for Jeremy to polish . Them we will all go to the cruise in and out to eat .Good deal,,, see you Friday . The Gar .

I wonder if they don't fit well with the N1 hood. Lupe said he had to sand as well. Heres a picture of what it looks like so far.

Man,

I spent 2 hours trying to get one side to fit. Took quite a bit of FG off. Hope this is normal.

I have now other side to do and than put the lens on.

I'm also feeling like as breathing in the FG dust. I don't think thats good for me.

Normally you say "Rotary Extreme" and Chuck is here in a flash. I wonder why he offers no advice on this one?

I had to trim my hood a little from my screw up, not Chucks. I installed my lexan covers too far to the inside.

I don't blaim Chuck for wanting to get out of the business. I would too if I had all the groupie lynch mobs tracking my every move down.

Chuck treated me great over the years.
