Help rebuilding power steering pump.

Hey guys,

I am rebuilding a FD power steering pump and have two questions.

I ordered the seal kit from Ray Crowe and got it all done internally with a new bearing on the shaft. I am almost finished with it and have two O-rings left.

I know one o-ring is for the high pressure union to the pump.

The other o-ring is supposed to be for the suction fitting but it is way too large. Am I missing an o-ring in this kit or am I not getting something? The larger o-ring fits in the pump body itself where the suction fitting mounts to. I included a photo below.

Also. Do you all know where I can get the single pin connector for the sensor on top of the pump?

O-ring fits in the pump body but not on the suction fitting.

I don't know about the o-rings, but the little harness should still be available. I bought a new one several years ago. Check with Ray Crowe and get that and whatever other parts you need since the shipping is a flat rate up to a certain point.

Here's a link to it somewhere else also. https://www.mazda-parts.com/oem-part...ess-fd0132611a

thank you! That will help instead of trying to rewire. Already bought a new engine hardness from Mr.Crowe.
