Help Needed, Parts/Plug Identification
I am working on eliminating un-needed plugs and parts from under the hood of my car. Someone please let me know what these parts and plugs are for.

1. Located on both the rt and lt side of the car on the coming out of the main harness. They were wired into my old aftermarket headlights.
2. This on is located in the center of the core support and comes out of the main harness. There is actually another one towards the drivers side headlight that was just tucked into the frame rail:
3. What is this for? Located under the brake booster. Its not the igniter I know that.
4. Which of these is for the cooling fan? (Or is there two fans that run at the same time?) I need to use on for wiring my fans, prior owner had them hard wires off ignition power. Both located in the center of the core support coming out of the main harness.
5. Which relay is which?

First pic of the green connector looks like the side marker. If the car had aftermarket combo lights maybe someone used it for that or some aftermarket bumpers have no side markers at all.
Second pic looks like the hood latch sensor connector. Its for the stock alarm to tell the car that the hood is closed.
Third pic is the fuel pump resistor and is part of the 2 speed fuel pump system. It may have been bypassed.
Both of those connectors are for the stock fans. They stock system is actually pretty good with 3 speeds. I would find a set of good used stock fans and relays, and put it back.

The first one makes sense, I have a 99 spec bumper on it so these are not used.
The second is not the hood latch plug, It is already plugged in. That and there is two of them which is what confuses me.
3. I have my new pumps wired separate, if I remove this box will the pumps not get signal? (I used the OEM pump power wire to trigger the relay to turn on the new pumps).
4. I have been reading up on this and it seems like you may be right... but the fans I have with my v-mount setup are slim which I need. Now i need to figure out how to wire them so they are in the "high" mode every time them come on.

I did some more research on the fans and found out that Pettit racing states the following:
"The OEM cooling fans and relays are another common problem. When they fail, temperatures and pressure in the cooling system raises until the radiator cap reaches it's maximum pressure capacity and then leaks (spews) coolant. At that point continued operation can result in overheating and engine damage. There are four relays powering two fan motors which are controlled by the fan switch, A/C and ECU request (or manual override for testing). We commonly service and replace connectors, relays and motors due to their premature failing, but this is simply a band-aid. A better option is to buy Upgraded Cooling Fans. Upgraded Cooling Fans do away with the sub-par wiring and connectors in addition to increasing airflow and adding a level of durability you frankly don't get with the OEM fans."
With that said I am looking to totally eliminate the stock fan wiring setup and adding ether a Flex-a-lite 31147 Adjustable Fan Switch (Had one on my RB 240sx) or the SPAL WIRING RELAY HARNESS KIT 185FH FRH. I am thinking of going with the second and putting the water temp sensor where the OEM one is.
