Help! My Tach and gas gauge don't work

Help! My Tach and gas gauge don't work
My tach. and gas gauge do not work at all. also when the gauge lights are on the needles do not light up. any ideas. I had the cluster out and put white face gauges in. I have checked the connections and all seem tight. the speedo gets stuck on the gauge alot. In the process of fixing that.
