help my signal lights dont work

I've had problems with my headlights not coming down for awhile. So this morning I went to work a realized my signal lights didn't work, so I tried the hazards and nothing. I just finished looking all over the car and hoping to find a blown fused. Nope nothing wrong there. So please anybody have an idea what I could be let me know.

I have checked all the relays also and they seem to work after testing them with the battery. My lights come on in and out. Could this be affected by the cold weather. I turn the lights on and they wont pop-up until I push the overide button. I turn them off and they stay up, I press the overide to bring them down and nothing.

check your bulbs too.

If the dash lights are working its not a relay

Check fuses too

what is the multifunction switch?

my car has had some electically problems, horn would go off when lights are up, lights would stay up, hazards come on randomly, and the seatbelt light will light up.

It hasn't done this in a long time, but it freaked me out the first time it happened. Could this be the same thing?

Yea , what is the multifunction switch? Is it the lever you turn to turn on you lights if it is how do you check it. How would this affect the hazards too.

the switch that turns on the lights etc.. fds have a seperate retracor switch the push button. it sounds like this works right? well they both activate the retractor motors throught the same relay. if one works and the main switch doesnt i would bet it is the muli-switch.
