Help me sequential gods.
Hello guys.
after vacuum hose job I got the primary boost back.
but still having a second turbo problem.
I think I checked pretty much everything.
my vacuum and pressure chambers are working fine.
today I adjust precontrol actuator actually I broke the
rod end so I have to weld and rethread it but after
work my primary is sronger then ever!!
actually my precontrol door was slightly open.
so I got good primary and transition but after transition
it drops to 6 psi in 1st and 2nd gear usually 3rd gear it is ok.
After all the research and test I narrowed to TCA problem.
and I did this test and guess what my TCA doesn't move.
Check vacuum chamber's storage ability with engine off
Pull off vacuum hose at Charge Relief Actuator
Should hear air entering hose vacuum, re-attach hose
Start engine - briefly accelerate engine to WOT in neutral again
Turn engine off - KOKO 6 TIMES
Watch Charge Control Actuator work each time
Watch Turbo Control Actuator work each time, (need to crawl under the car to see this one)
My TCA looked like to move (little bounce) but actually
doesn't move to the end.
My question is
DOES this TCA has to pulled in all the way
to the end during this test?
IF that is problem what cause it ?
vacuum side or pressure side?
sorry for the long thread but I see some exit on my sequential hell now!!
