Help me ID some pipes

What are the two hard pipes on the manifold just above the turbos? Correct me if I'm wrong. Does the top one goe to the ACV and the other comes from the SMOG PUMP?

cool, instead of plugging them up, i just got rid of them and made block off plates

no acv, no egr, no smog pump, and (if a cop stops me) no car:p
