alrite guys heres the deal the cars runnin pretty good for now except for the fact that the secondary turbo aint comin on and on WOT the car seems to descelerate instead of accelerating
.... i do not have access to a dyno and the chances of this car running happy are looking pretty slim .... how do i tune this car rite without a dyno and what is the deal with the car having a sluggish behaviour at WOT..... as i dont have access to a dyno or a person who knows rotaries well here u guys are my best bet for now ..... HELP ME
+ the guy i got this car from added water in the intercooler and radiator

The secondary boost problem is not a tuning issue, there's something in your control system that is not working properly.
You don't need a dyno to tune. If you have an EMS you can find a reputable tuner near you that will street tune. Or with a wideband you can give it a go yourself although if you have no idea how to that is probably not the best idea.
What'd you do that caused the boost problem. Change any parts recently?

Sounds like you need to get to a professional rotary shop, pronto. I have heard good things about Rick's Rotary, http://www.ricksrotary.com/
Your car probably has issues with vacuum hoses, check valves, solenoids. Adding water to the rad isnt a huge deal as long as you have some coolant in the system. water in the intercooler, not really sure about that one

well to begin with ive moved to pakistan now and cant get my hands on a good tuner here... the car kinda blogs down the first turbo kiks in at abt 3000 n then at abt 5000 the car is in this sluggish mode ... any idea whats causing this.....
