I've check this whole thread and so confused.

Gonna check my grounds maybe?!?
Ensure secondary injector spray pattern is correct as around 3-3.5k that's when they kick in. Also test the map sensor as per FSM. Also adjust the tps to ensure its within the voltage tolerance as per FSM. These are easier with the pfc as you can see the voltages on the monitor, using the sensor/sw check option in the etc. Option. If not you have to probe the wires manually using some needles croc clips and a voltmeter .

Hi.
I had the same problem as yourself charge control and was going into limp mode every time I started the car.
To get the car to ignore the problem you simply start it up then Rev it enough so you can turn the key off and back on again without letting the engine switch off.
This brings it out of limp mode.
At least you will be able to drive it and see if all else is well.
I drove like this for a few months without any other problems apart from low boost on the first turbo and only sometimes.
My car is a 97 16bit ecu.
Hope this helps.

Let me see if I get it, I start the car and with a light foot in neutral I rev it like to 5K RPM and switch the car immediately off while its high in the RPM and switch it on again before it drops the RPM? This sounds like not a good thing to do but If it works I will like to try it.

Duuuuude you are the real MVP, THE rotary GURU... Finally for the first time I has the chance to drive my car after this wacky cheating ECU solution!!!

Not sure how bad its to do it and drive like that but atleast now I know 100% that it was in limp mode and everything else is fine. Will try to open the blackbox next week seens I already got the solenoid for the charge control valve.

Keep me updated with the charge control valve.
I was gonna order one also, but I'm gonna check out all my wiring

I was having this issue and for some reason the other day the car drove fine like nothing had ever happened.

So I'm super confused.
Any luck with yours

Update: We took out the blackbox of the car to change the Charge control solenoid from the code 45. I was searching and found from a Aus forum a guide to open the blackbox ( If anyone need it send me a PM with your email) So I took the risk and try open it myself. really time consuming mostly because of been too scared to break something. The blackbox its held by just 2 pins, the solenoids nipples and 2 checkvalves. The only concern I have was the Solenoid I got ( got the part number from the guide I use ) was identicall except for one nipple that it's a bit longer and the number printed in the solenoid was different. But all the solenoid inside the blackbox have the same number printed so maybe that doesn't matter.

Early next week we will be installing the blackbox back to the car and hope to have all the issues resolve. I was running the car with the Cheating ECU method so it can avoid the limp mode and the car was running fine except for it not boosting like it should because of the charge control solenoid.

The Blackbox next to the charge control solenoid

Opened Blackbox

New solenoid (left), old solenoid (right) see the longer nipple and different number printed in the solenoids

Changing the Solenoid
