help identify this tranny sensor?

please disregard my riced out tranny. i dont know what i was thinking spraying it white...


the wires ripped out of the sensor. i assume i need to replace it. does anyone know what this sensor is for/ what its called? also if you know how much they go for it would be super (will prob just order it from ray, just want to make sure i know what im asking for before i call)

its the reverse sensor (turns the reverse lights on when the car is in R).

Thanks,

I know for sure because I pulled my tranny this weekend and my reverse lights weren't working, then I found a severed wire on that exact sensor. I spiced/soldered it back together and now they work.

I also know because of the auto to manual swap. The huge X16 connector or something like that has reverse prongs that I had to hook up to the harness end of the sensor.

thanks a lot! might mess with it today... hopefully i can solder it back together.. the wires ripped right at the end of the sensor
