help identify this cooler

I bought this cooler last week, bought it from the forum classifieds but here is the ebay link:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...209131809&rd=1

After looking at my stock cooler I see that this is different, the fittings come off the bottom and not the side like stock. Does anyone know what it is?

Umm, could it be an automatic transmission cooler? As far as i know the stock FD OIL coolers have a thermostat housing at the bottom. At least my stock duals do.

Hmm, anybody else?

Thats what i was thinking but the pics I have found of auto trans coolers look like the fittings point towards the engine, not the ground......

It kind of appears that way, im still waiting for my lines and fittings to show up to even find out if it will work, but i really dont want the fittings pointing out the bottom.

Doesn't look like any FD cooler i have ever seen. If you are looking for one I suggest putting a WTB post in the for sale section of the forums.

Ya, my fittings and lines showed up today from pegasus and dont even come close to being the correct sizes. Ive pm'd the seller (Indyparts) in hopes that he will refund the money less the shipping cost or let me return this worthless mystery cooler to him.

IIRC Indyparts is a scammer. If you look up his name in the ggbg section I believe it'll pop up. He's had plenty of issues in the past. Do some research before purchasing next time to avoid the hassle.
