that's a coolant AST? doesn't look like any coolant AST i've ever seen...

it looks like part of the A/C system - the part that is mounted in the stock duct, but missing part of it?

and dude, were you naked or something when you shot these pics? are those your thighs on either side of the 3rd picture? WTF???

LOL those are my feet. For some reason I thought this was the AST...have a box of 3rd Gen parts that I'm sorting through and this was a WTF one.

Hard to tell from your pics but is it sealed on both sides and have no nipples on it what so ever? If so, I think you found your long lost thermos.

In all seriousness though, I've never seen an FD part that looks like that. I can see from the pics that the one end is sealed. Is it sealed permanently? Is the other end sealed? Are there any ports on it?

Because from the pics it just looks like a completely sealed metal tube.
