Help with Hose Routing

Hey guys, I've finally started cranking on my FD which has been sitting for nearly a year now. Well, I put in a new radiator and front mount intercooler with some other stuff.
The problem I'm running into is with the air pump and old BOV.

Air Pump - Can I simply rout a hose from the air pump to the metal hose that is chilling next to the Manifold/intake or do I have to rout it to more than that or vent it to the atmostphere or something else.

BOV - the old BOV is the one coming off the top of the stock Y-pipe correct? Can I simply cap that off if I'm running a new one?

I've searched for a while and haven't found anything really helpful

Thanks guys!!!

ok....... Well I figured out all but the Air Pump.

Do I have to rout the airpump and that hose that goes into the UIM into the intake or can I rout them to each other. I will have to pass inspection, but not a very strict emission test. Thanks
