wow, blast from the past. well i dont have much to add except for the fact the the entire interior is currently removed (i cleaned off all the pannels/seats and sent the carpet to the drycleaners). im keeping the interior out of the car untill i can determine exactly where the water is getting in. so far i am not having much luck with watertesting the car... it seems to heavily leak only over long periods of time (in the rain)... nothing major with just the garden hose.
You might need to think about heating/cooling cycles, where the air inside the car cools and pulls in moisture.
You should really check the drainage tubes on your sunroof. You should be able to open your sunroof and pour in water into the ezposed metal areas and watch it drain to the ground. If your drainage tubes are clogged then you can store a lot of water in that area. It might leak into that area under a garden hose and not get into the interior until that area is full, or even so it might then evaporate into the car when the interior heats up.
Just a couple of thoughts - best of luck.

i'm saying water damage rain, wet rag ect., u should try steam or something. btw, mold spreads very fast like the other day, my bread went bad and the whole loaf went black and green in like 3 days.
