HELP: Fail the emission big time!!

Just had a state inspection today, and fail the emission big time.
My car has : KDR rebuit motor, rebuilt turbos setup full non-sequential, Steve Kan tuned APEXi Power FC and commander, Red silicone vacuum hoses, downpipe, APEXi intake, AST bypass, GReddy Profec B,etc.

I boosted down to 8psi before inspection, and made sure car was fully warmed up. I was told that they only measure 1st,2nd,and 3rd gear under 3000rpm, so I guess it's not even boosting.

Any suggestions?

Make sure the air pump is working. If it is working properly, then the cat may not be working properly. What part of the emissions test did you fail and how badly (numbers)?

I failed on HC GPM and CO GPM
It read 3.50 something and 45 something when the limits were 2.25 and 23.74.
I passed NOX GPM tho.
You think becasue of AST bypass this is doing it?

AST has nothing to do with this - go back to my first post for a place to start. High HC and CO are symptoms of a bad (or non-operating) air pump or cat.

slap on your stock ecu for the emissions, and red silicone hoses has nothing to do with emissions... unless they are routed incorrectly
