Help with exterior lights

It might be a switch but I just want to know if it's something else. When I hook up the battery all lights comes on even the cluster instrument. Only the headlight stays off.

The **** turns very easily, so you could have just slightly bumped it and not even noticed.

The light selector is turned off. I'm going to check the TNS relay.
