Help Boost Problem!

I think I found my problem,
When going to pull out the spark plugs, I noticed that the front trailing plug wire was not on the spark plug. Man i hope this was my problem. I have pulled about everything off the motor.... and would love for it to be this. I will put everything back together tomorrow and see if she runs. I am also putting in new spark plugs, wires and a fuel filter.......I hope this was the cause to all my grief.
