does anyone know where the best deal on an air pump for my 93 rx7 would be? any help is appeciated in advance.

Buy one used - new, they're a fortune. Should be pretty easy to find a good used one. PM Fritz Flynn - he's a great source for used FD parts, I bet he can take care of you. Or, just post a Wanted ad in the For Sale section.

Just so you know, air pumps can be rebuilt. The rebuild is substantially cheaper than a new or replacement air pump. BAP Imports has a facility they deal with in CA.
