Hey guys

Im stuck here my add coolent light and very noisey buzzer is still on ive got a 1993 rx7 ive tested the while theres plenty goin throw any sugentions will it be the sensor ?

any help will be gud

Use the search function at the top of the page using "coolant" as the key word. There are so many threads of people who have had the same problem you describing.

Most logical thing to do is to stop driving your car immediately and check your coolant level. If you've recently purchased the car I suggest you flush the coolant system just to be sure.

Or top her up with coolant and bleed the system of air. This process is time consuming depending on what tools you have and can take a few drives to eliminate air pockets in the system which will cause the coolant buzzer to come on.

Again learn to search as there is so much information here. Also you might want to read the FAQ.

I dont have that manual i have checkd engine coolent and that is all good what do you mean bleed the air how do i do that

What you need to do is to expell as much air from the cooling system as possible. A good way to do it is like this:

1. Start with the car cool/cold. Open the filler neck cap.
2. Reach down and squeeze the lower radiator hose a few times. You should see the coolant in the filler neck raise and bubble. Don't squeeze fast several times, just give a good slow squeeze and let go.
3. After a few squeezes, check the level of coolant/water in the filler neck. If it has gone down (and it most likely will), top it off.
4. After topping off, do the squeeze again.

Continue doing those steps until when you squeeze and let go of the radiator hose, the coolant level does NOT go down to a level where you need to top it off.

5. Put the cap back on the car filler neck.
6. Start the car
7. With the car running, turn the heater on full and drive it for about 5-10 minutes. You might hear the coolant buzzer go off again while you are driving.
8. After 5-10 minutes, park the car and shut it off.
9. Wait for it to cool, and start over with step 1.

Do this until the system is bleed (i.e. no coolant buzzer and the coolant level is stable). However, before doing any of these steps, make sure your coolant caps are in good condition. They are cheap, so it doesn't hurt to replace them if they have never been replaced since your ownership of the car.

Does the buzzer stay on constantly from the time you start the car until the time your turn it off? Or does it come on and go off randomly?

If it just turns on and stays on, then you most likely have a wiring or sensor issue. There is another connector behind the power steering pump which is in that loop for the coolant level sensor. Make sure you don't have any extra connections unhooked behind the power steering pump.

If the coolant buzzer turns on from the time the car car starts until you stop the car, and the coolant level in the filler neck in the location I showed above is at the top, you have a problem with the level sensor or its associated wiring.

With the bleeding, you stop doing the squeezing when the water level does go down after you squeeze. As you force air out of te system, it will make room for more coolant so the level in the filler neck will go down some after each squeeze. If you do the squeeze and let go; if the water stays at the same level, you are done.
