HELP!! 450F & 375R spring rate on a rx7 GOOD OR BAD

I am buying a ground control kit and the person told me that the rate for my FD would be 450 in the front and 375 in the rear. Are this rates very stiff??? I like a little more stiffeness but not much please help thanks juan c

it is a little stiff, consider that the front stock is 281 and rear 200 on a R1 i believe or close to that. Will grip the road but will shake your a**.

You should like it...it's the exact set-up I got from ground control also...my kit is currently uninstalled like a great number of my mods ...

but anyways.. I have 550 and 475 right now...too stiff for me I wanted to go down a little
