help 12-7-7 boost in 1st gear

ive searched and i purchased a fsm but i wont receive it until fri or sat so i was hoping that one of you can help me with my problem. im getting 12lbs of boost until the secondary turbo kicks in then it holds at 7psi in first gear, buy whenl i shift into second and all through 5th i get 12lbs all the way through. has anyone encountered this before? any easy solution hopefully? my mods are off the top of my head. m2 stage 3 ecu. koyo radiator with 2fans, pettit coolcharge II smic, mini battery, y pipe, downpipe, some cat, and pf exhaust. any help will be greatly apreciated. thanks!

your pressure chamber has a check that might have failed or popped a vaccum line...once you shift the chamber is pressure built up and fills and is charged for the rest of the gears.

pull the black box in front off the UIM and look under it.
