It looks like that's one serious crack, but I had something simliar and was able to weld it up. I then ground the face down smooth and avoided having to buy new turbos. It might not work 100% on yours, but it's a good temporary fix if you plan on eventually upgrading the tubos(highflows, single). Make sure you get new gaskets as well. Good luck.

My manifold looks the same. Cam at Pettit racing told me that a 10mm crack(length) is ok to rum with. He said he has run up to 13 mm. Mine was 12mm. As long as it doesn't get into the gasket sealing area you will be fine. Sand the cracks edges down to make them smooth, it will help prevent the cracking from getting worse. I ran mine like that in seq mode for a year with no problems, I have since gone non seq. The center section that has the crack through it, i removed on my manifold. The seq operation will make the cracking worse because it spools the sencond turbo in that area making lots of heat and causes the cracking. I have ran the car likew this since and it is fine. And when I did the non seq conversion, I remeasured the crack and it never got any longer. While your there you might want to open up the primary turbo wastegate hole to 1.25 inches to reduce boost creep.

that one on the bridge will get bigger because its all the way thru, the exhaust will "weld" it bigger.

Those cracks are big, but not atypical and the car should still work fine even if you don't fix them. However, you should check the exducer areas for cracks. Look in the downpipe hole at the turbines and see if there are cracks in the walls. Cracks there are bad. Also, I bet you have some cracks around the wastegate. That can make boost response sluggish.
