Hear is your homework:

Can someone please go out side to their rex and turn the key but dont start the engine and hear if your fuel pump comes on?

I dont think its on until after you start the engine, if it is... i cant hear mine. I know you can jump some conectors in the diagnostic box to turn it on though...

When I turn the key to the on position, I can hear the fuel pump, and the fuel pressure gauge reads about 10 psi, but climbs when you crank to 30-35, and stays there at idle.
