headlights wont turn on

I unplugged the h-4 connector that goes from the cars 3 wires to the bulbs 3 wires, tested all 3 with a fuse tester, and only 1 lights up the tester out of the 3 that I touched.

Where is this issue ?

I checked all fuses under the dash

Checked the ones at the front of the frame and on the battery

Do you still have the pop ups? Do your high-beams work?

Verify that this relay works:

Check the TNS relay. It is in the fuse box on the very front of the car.

update

i checked the fuse in the pic on here near the battery, only the 2 pins closest to the side where it has the latch to hold on to the cover for the fuse light up, in low beam and high beam

I checked the TNS relay with the power on, for low beams and high, and got NO light in my fuse tester at all

I checked 4 connectors on the pass side of the car that are mounted on the rubber casings, and this is the only one that didnt light up on both pins that are closest to the side with the little latch that connects to the top cover casing for the fuse

Only 1 of the pins lights up, unlike the others i tested for the one near the battery, and the other 3 next to the one in the pic above, 2 pins lit up on the same exact side for all of them.

For more info, my popups work, and one headlight is out, ill re connect the headlight and do all the testing again incase that would cause a malfunction in testing

also only 1 wire from the car that connects to the back of the headlight bulb lights up my fuse tester when i touch it

also my tail lights work

i began to notice a problem when i was driving with the headlights on

my driver side was flickering then would turn off, but the pass side stayed on

Then i would flip the lights down, and put them back up, and the light on the driver side turned back on

eventually the drive side light wouldnt turn on at all when popping up the lights, but the left would stay on, then after a few times of going up and down on the lights, the left stopped turning on.

I have the sake bomb garage headlights, and they were working fine, not sure whats going on

Since you have the SBG headlights then you don't need to mess with all those relays that isn't the problem. I am assuming you are using the relay harness provided with the SBG kit.

Check the grounds on the relay harness.
Switch the passenger bulb with the drivers.
Switch the passenger ballast with the drivers.

Do that in the order posted.

I rechecked all the connections, and switched the bulbs, and i got nothing.

I also mixed the 3 wires for the headlights multiple times on the H4 connector to make sure it would be the right set up, even though i got nothing on every variation

im talking to SBG about the problem as well, just seeing who responds quicker by posting here as well

I am having the EXACT issue you are. I was able to get the headlights to come back on by messing with that black box that isn't the ballasts. Wiggling the wires got my lights to come on, but now they do not come on at all....no matter how I mess with it. Did SBG get with you to solve this problem? I see you last posted about this in this thread two months ago. Please let me know!

it was the power volt wire, i had to much tension on it from the way i installed it, and it ripped out. I would check the connections of all the little wires in the black box that i think youre talking about.
