Headlight/tail light electrical problem

After installing my evo-r headlight kit , my guage lights will not turn on, and neither will my runnning tail lights. The signal lights and brake lights work just fine, so im wondering what the problm could be?

Check your 15 amp fuse "Tail" in the fusebox under the dash.

I;m having a similar problem..my dash lights dont come on, my taillights dont come on and my indicatiors dont come on as well. I hear the flasher unit but no lights. The headlights works though, just not the park lights. I checked the fuses under the dash already and they are fine...what else could it be?

All the fuses are good and now I've got another problem, when I go to turn on the headlights, even with the key turned off and removed, the starter cranks over and starts the car. wtf?

Oh, the ole headlight turns the car on again....well you've got some major freekin' problems there pal. My best advice is to

1) Re-trace all the wiring you touched and look for your mistake OR
2) Call in a FD wiring expert that may live nearby - because -

3) you are heading towards a potential fire and meltdown.

Or this could all be bullshit - but Good luck with that

And what pins did you jumper? You need to jump the white/green wire to the red/black. But first test the white/green for 12volts. If you do not have 12v, then check in the following order

15amp tail
60amp btn
120 amp main
Do you even have a battery in the car?
