Run a search for 'pull codes', read the sticky FAQ thread at the top of this forum, download the Factory Service Manual from www.iluvmyrx7.com and read that, or go to www.fd3s.net and surf to the ECU section.

First, check that the map sensor is still plugged in. It's a little black box about the size of a matchbox that is above the oil filter.
Pull the ECU codes. If there are none, reset it by disconnecting the battery negative and holding down the brake pedal for 30s. This should reset a limp mode condition.
How did you inspect the intercooler piping? You should remove all couplers and rubber elbows and poke/prod them closely. Any leak or crack at all will vent the boost.

Seriously, it works best as Rynberg described.
