Finished the replacement and took it for a drive, it appears my secondary turbo is dead. Now I need to decide where I go from here. We are gonna hook a wideband up to it next week and see what it is doing. My old coils didn't look bad but it runs much better. I pulled codes again and nothing came up, reset the ecu anyway and it ran good until it tried to switch to the secondary. Everything is working as they were tested while being put back together and I can hear the turbo start to spool up but grinding, it is shot.

Looks to be a fuel problem, it is dumping fuel and flooding. Went through a full tank in 80 miles probably an injector stuck open. Gonna hook a wideband up and test the car and go from there.

Ever figure your car out? Mine turned out to be that my secondary injectors were stuck an I just barely got them cleaned

I am gonna pull mine, hoping that is what it is. Easy to get them out or did you take it somewhere?

Pretty simple to get them out just make sure and depressure your fuel system. To check mine I hooked up and alligator clip and touched the it on the battery to hear if they were clicking and opening. They were both stuck. So I replaced them an my car runs great now

Bumping for additional info. I'm having the exact same problems as this guy is...except I'm running a gt35r, 1680/850's, supra (denso) fuel pump, power fc, reman motor (stock port) hks EZII EBC, etc. Tuned by Steve Kan

Same sputter, buck, backfire, hesitation between 3k-4.5k @25%throttle. flutter and it boosts fine at WOT for me or low throttle.

Additionally, I'm stalling when I come to a stop or idling. (when i was stock twins with stock pump/injectors I had this same problem, I fixed it by adding more fuel into the water temp correction map). Idle is around 900-1000. When it stalls there is an electrical buzzing sound coming from under the hood around the UIM area (almost sounds like a short of some sort). TPS is in spec and bleeder screw is 1/4 turn out. Dashpot is responding fine. Only really started after I installed a lightweight flywheel.

Further. Power FC is reading 4.95v to the fuel pump. Started trouble shooting the problem. Checked the first plug to the pump and it had 10-11v (not rewired yet). Checked the plug on the hanger 4.95v. unplugged it and checked the hot side. 10-11v. pulled the pump and direct wired it and got 10-11v. Plugged everything back in and got 10-11v again. Power FC read 4.95 volts the whole time. Fuel pressure is a solid 45psi. Planning on rewiring the pump this weekend and will update from there.

I'm having the same problem. Car would sputter/buck hard on 25% throttle under load. No power. Will only gain speed on light throttle. The situation gets worst as temps get hotter. Resetting my ecu fixed it temporarily but it seem to have come back. No codes. My new plugs came out black when I pulled them after 10 miles and burned through 30$ of gas. I'm running rich and going to readjust my tps. Also going to redo the grounds with 4 gauge wires. Waiting for it to come in.
