Having major problems
Here are the symtoms. left turn signal does not work, When you press the turn signal lever down, the arrow on the guage cluster blinks rapidly, and makes a noise. The drivers side head light, and fog lights are dimmer than the passenger side. When I press the button to raise the head lamps with the lights off, the passengers side comes up and then the drivers side comes up (the fog lights and side marker also come on on the drivers side only).
The worst part is if I flash my brights the power fc restarts.
Please help before I kill something

sounds like a ground issue. I had a similar problem and it was a ground manifold that bolts to the front bumper support. take a look in that area for black wires and make sure everything is tight

Deffinately a grounding issue in the drivers side headlight area or the wirring loom in that area. Have you been doing any body work in that area or work in general around there. If not it's either corroded up or the ground wire has broken or rubbed through ? ? ? You can put a temporary jumper to the ground wire on the headlight and ground it to the battery or frame and see if it becomes as bright as the passenger light to confirm the grounding possibility.

I have had major body work done recently to the nose of the car. I just found where a couple of grounds were attached to painted surfaces. But I still haven't fixed the problem.
I also have found that there was a wire coming off the positve side of the battery running to the fuel pump relay. It had an inline 30 amp fuse which had melted and was conducting current.
