Has anyone had any experience with a Spec 4puck clutch?

Ive got a spec 4 puck sprung clutch. Im not sure if this is clutch related or not, but almost every time I let out the clutch I get this really weird squeeky noise. Kinda like a bolt getting shooken loose. Ive checked to make sure the pressure plate isnt backing any of the bolts out, and its not. Has a brand new slave and master clylinder. It also seems to have sporatic engagement. Like, I'll try ease into first to make it a little more smooth and it'll start grabbing, then all of a sudden completely lose grip, then the second i let the clutch out another mm it bites like no other. Very annoying.

On a side note my transmission, which I bought rebuilt with 15k miles on it (now has 25k) totaly took a dump on me. Doesnt want to let me into any of the gears unless I force it or play with it. Dunno if the clutch caused that or not. It was fine for the first 5k miles, but out of nowhere it started going sour. Bad rebuild?

I have a Spec Stage II in the 7 and as soon as you let go of the clutch it's engaged, but on my Stang. I have a Spec Stage III and it takes some getting used to as far as driving around town. I have the new style, which is a 6 puck, but I had the old style (which was a 4 puck) and it does everything you describe in your post. It made noise when I started the car, while it was running, and it would spin the tires every time I released the clutch. I would suggest that you upgrade to a 6 puck Stage III or downgrade to a Stage II. I still have the problem with the Stang at a light; let go of the clutch and the tires chirp. I try to pat the gas and release it, so it doesn't shake, but it just takes getting used to, but at the track with slicks THERE ISN'T A BETTER CLUTCH OUT THERE FOR THE PRICE. You have to watch patting the gas at a light, because people will think that you are taking off and hit you in the rear. I have had someone hit the 7 and the Stang because of that same reason.
