94 fd3s did a single turbo conversion and my buddy cut off all the twins solenoid connectors from harness now car wont start

its his car but im trying to help him..


i heard u could cut most of the out but 1 or 2 u cant but if u did ud have to loop the wires together ???

 

he cut off all the solenoids?

 

need more info ,wont start at all ? or wont turn over, give us some details

 

Did he reground the IAC when he took out the solenoids.
