HAppy Holidays + $1200 in damage

Just a word of warning...watch were you park your FD's...I parked in the drive way of my girlfriends house and her dad backed into my baby!!
It is estimated at $1200 worth of damage (body work and repainting)...sigh..
They said they would have to have the car 6 business days to fix it. This sure is an inconvience!!
So happy holidays to all, and be careful!
-Dave

You are right... girls are nothing but trouble..., but it's better than dating a guy. At least for me.
Don.

I am sorry to hear of the accident but I am sure your girlfriend's father was not happy with himself also and will take care of it. Accidents do happen even with the best of intensions. I have been guilty myself!! As for girlfriends (or wives), a good one is worth more then a car. I hope you get squared away and sorry again to hear of your misfortune.

Happy Holidays,
André

It's a curse we have that the FD is soo beatiful and fast that it attracts very beatiful women and the they bring destruction to the very thing that gave us this pleasure.

I just got done going through the same thing. Some guy backed into me while my car was parked but then had the nerve to tell me he wasn't going to pay. I ended up filing a police report and contacting his insurance which took care of it. Only took 2 days to get fixed and they did a super job, I think it cost about $650.
