Had a BBQ on my engine bay for Labor Day.
We were just about to respond to your email from Friday when I saw this post. We are trying to work with you and have asked for better pictures of the damage and to return the setup so we could check everything out (of course we will cover shipping). However in your email you said you already sold everything except the injectors and were not willing to wait for us to look anything over. We understand this is a very troubling experience but we need all of the pieces to put together an accurate picture of what happened. Now with no intake/rail assembly it may be very difficult to make a determination. We wanted to make sure this isn't a product deficiency and to inform customers of possible install issues so it will not happen to others in the rotary community.
We offered cost on replacement parts at MINIMUM even if it turned out your fire had nothing to do with our product. We want you to know we stand behind our products 100% but we need cooperation to help you.

More crispy parts, MTLX wideband.
Waiting on package from FFE, and will be returning old rails and crispy injectors.
Someone got a great deal from me, he bought my crispy FFE rails and now getting a new set.

So today I get this nice email from FFE

Now funny thing is nowhere on their website or injector spacer page says that if I'm using 60mm ID injectors that I need to replace the Orings.
Now I ran the KG rails and didn't have to change O rings, I just called a few guys that run same injector setup with FFE spacers and the weren't aware of the need of changing O Rings.
No where here it says that if I run 60mm ID injectors that I need to swap to the other Orings, because if I would had know I would had swapped them, and you didn't provided any instructions with the spacers.

Maybe if you had a fire using the KG parts rails like someone on this forum (didn't run FFE) they would give you free rails & injectors?!

After having a conversation with Aaron from FFE, they will cover my damaged parts.
Also to anyone looking at this thread, if your using FFE rails and ID injectors make sure you replace the lower 14mm injector oring with the supplied Orings that came with your spacers, if your not sure if your injectors need them call or email them.

Like I said earlier, after talking to Aaron and he agreeing to cover my damage injector, harness and other part, I also ask him to update the info on the FFE injector spacer web page , and he took care of it, so here is pic of ther new updated web page.
