Gunk Heavy Duty Engine

I just bought the Gunk Heavy Duty Engine Cleaner.

Ok, so What do I have to make sure of? I mean the engines still in the car.

I just spray it over it, let it sit for 10 mins and just hose it down?

Does it like do anything as far as mess up the plugs or anything.

Should I be really careful not to get water on the belts and the pulleys?

I just always figured water = bad for engine.
