Guages, and more

I have a couple of questions. I have searched for a while but I am getting tired of not finding my answer exactly.
I bought a defi boost guage, a defi oil/temp gauge, and an autometer dual guage pod. How do I install these guages exactly?

Also what is a normal 1/8 for an automatic trans stock and a normal 1/8 for an auto trans with an intake, slicks, and dp?

theres a nipple on the UIM...on the left side that you can just uncap and plug a hose onto for your boost gauge. give it power and you're set.

someone else can help you with the oil temp gauge, its probably the same as any other oil temp gauge...im sure theres tons of information on here about it.

are slicks really needed for an auto fd with those mods?

i think a stock auto does the 1/4 in the 14s....maybe 13s with those mods. not sure what that equals in the 1/8 mile though.

With due credit going to CLAYNE, I also intend on installing the DEFI 'D' series temp guage and will be putting it here. You can't get more "exactly" than this.

www.FC3S.org has a oil pedestal that will fill between your oil filter and base. This allows you to attach oil press. and temp. gauges very easily!!
