Groaning sound in air intake box

Groaning sound in air intake box

When I give it some throttle and then release it, I get a groaning sound in the air intake box. Is this normal? Could it be one of the relief valves? Any help is appreciated!

if it sounds like a moo-ing cow sound then its normal..... its the airpump
