Lock cylinder code location on passenger side?

I searched rx7club and the 'net without finding what I need. I see a few sets of numbers on the cylinder and some on the inside handle. I pulled out the cylinder by unhooking the spring clip, but don't know what I'm looking for or where. I see three (two numbers and a letter, I think) on a brass metal piece, and a few on the white plastic, but some are covered on the top and bottom, by glue. Am I supposed to see numbers elsewhere?

Mazda checked my VIN and said that the original dealer never input the code (that, or it was deleted after the 10 year mark), so this is all I have to go by.

How many numbers/letters in the set should I be looking for, and where exactly would the numbers be on the cylinder so I know I'm looking at the right set?

The code is a five digit one, ie: 12345.

No letters.
