Greddy TT, Profec B2 and gauges
Hey Guys need ya'lls help,
flame me if you want but i bought the greddy full auto timer for some of the features, mainly b/c i have the harness which while the turbotime is in effect can power up my profect b2, and my 2 greddy elec gauges. i purchased from ebay the rx7 specific harness, got it connected but i got a small problem, wondering if anyone else has had this.
(gauges are not currently connected)
When i flick the key to acc, the Tt and boost controller come on, do its' check up etc etc.
when i kick the key to ig. They shut off. is there another ground wire needed to be connected or does the brake and speedo need to be connected before the ig side will work? just wondering if anyone else has had this problem before. i appreciate any help. Thanks!
BTW dunno if it matters but my ecu is not currently connected. (i'm on a major overhaul on the car =-)

The turbo timer should have a 3-wire harness that plugs into the turbo timer harness at the ignition switch, and should also have a separate ground wire. The speedo/parking brake wires should only keep it from turbo timing after you shut the key off, as it will think the e-brake wasn't up.
