greddy pulley question
greddy pulley question
if i install this... that means no AC?!?!? is there anyway to bypass this so that way i have AC along w/ the pulleys?
thx all.... looked around and it didnt hit my curiosity of the question.

it means no airpump. the greddy pully kit consists of a waterpump and alternater pully w/ shorter belt. ac compressor is on the other side of the crank pully and is powered by a seperate belt than what comes in your kit
In that case, it would be a bad idea for the OP since he is in CA. He needs the airpump for emissions.
i've got waterpump and alternator pulley and they r slightly bigger, original belt doesnt fit so could you tell me what belt i need?

The question is why would you want to? If you're keeping the air pump, you really don't need the pulley kit. That's basically the point of the pulley kit - to help with belt contact on the water pump pulley once the air pump is deleted (other than reducing cavitation at high rpms). If you just put the new underdrive alternator pulley on, you're just decreasing the effectiveness of your charging system without any real benefit.
