UT Greddy pulley kit

I have the greddy pulley kit on my car, and I don't know if I need a new water pump pulley. I can turn the pulley by hand with the belt and everything connected. Is this normal? Or is my pulley worn out? Thanks

Single turbo? Airpump removed?

If so, it's because of the removal of your air pump. There is now much less contact from the belt to the water pump. It's a common issue that has been remedied by the addition of an idler pulley...

FD Idler Pulley Kit

If you still have the airpump, than check your belt tension. The pulleys themselves will likely outlast mankind.

Twin turbos still and no airpump. I was looking at those pulley kits and should probably get one. Thanks for the reply

Also with the greddy pulley kit, if I bought the idler pulley kit what length of belt would I get?

No problem. The Pineapple idler is excellent quality. I just picked one up myself.
