Greddy Profec B-spec II can't stop the boost spiking...

I just installed my boost controller and just having it set to the minimum settings it boosts around 12 psi in the transition and around 10 psi primary...Any ideas?

Did you take the plug out of the unused port in the valve unit?

Post what settings you have entered and it will be a lil more helpful. Also, how are you tuning it? Only use third gear pulls and also pay attention to outside temps.
