Greddy 3 piece pipping?
Greddy 3 piece pipping?
I bought the 3 piece greddy intercooler pipping and then i bought the greddy smic separate...but the pipes dont fit with the intercooler. the elbow and the pipe that connects from the intercooler and elbow are fine but the 3rd piece doesnt have the right curve to it? any1 know y....or what pipe its supose to have?
When I bought my Greddy FMIC and piping they came with arrows on the pipes representing the flow of air, I think 3 out of 4 of the pipes the arrows were put on wrong... You'll have to look at pictures of people who have that kit or just try different ways...
The third pipe, S pipe is different for the greddy smic pipings. You need to have the pipe cut.
*I also had the problem with the length of the pipes that connect from the elbow to the ic. I had to cut about 1.5in to fit it as well.

The 3rd "S" pipe is "not" for the Greddy SMIC, it's for the OEM SMIC "only". You shouldn't have bought it. The Greddy has a intake pipe on it and comes with a small macaroni shaped pipe to connect to your y-pipe/air pipe. It also comes with another pipe for the exhaust side to connect to the stock elbow but that side can be replaced with the 2-peice kit.
