Got a problem....

Hey guys,

When I am starting my car now like it kinda burps before starting was wondering, my fuel filter is old and I think my battery is on the way out.

Would this be more of a fuel filter thing or a battery thing.

When my car is running I have 13.8 volts pretty stable sometimes 14.1.

My car has been recently tuned by Steve so I'm sure it is not my mods.

Also, I installed the airpump elimination pulleys not too long ago and since my alternator belt wobbles.... Don't know if this could be a part of the problem, I am using belt 5050310 on a Pettit Pulley kit *I know they are all the same*.

Anyways, hoping for some help from the vets,

Alex

why does your alternator belt wobble ? ? ? It should run true. Your charge voltages sound normal, when your electrical system is loaded down (as many items on as possible) what kind of voltage reading are you getting ?

I don't know why my belt wobbles it is pretty tight and is at the maximum for the bracket? That is why I am really puzzled.

However, the burp at the start is my #1 concern.
