Recently pulled my motor to port the exhaust and dump the hurleys in favor of stock seals in order to run more boost.
After ~2.5 years, 44k miles, ~100 passes down the strip, and lots of hard and aggressive driving, my clutch/flywheel combo is in great shape. Clutch has plenty of meat left, and the flywheel has one sole itt-bitty crack. I was very surprised...was dreading having to replace either.
Just FYI

hrm...my ACT S/S clutch went bye-bye in 6mo's, 5k miles on the street and 15 passes at the track. 3/4 of the plate was glazed shiney and there were burn marks on the flywheel...lol...oh and a nice big white cloud left 1/2 ways down the track that I looked back to see after I realized I was already at redline in 4th and only at the 1/8 mile marker...LOL

I have 15K on my s/s clutch and resurfaced stock flywheel and I have really abused this thing at the track. I bet I have 60 launches at the track + a pre-launch dry burnout on this clutch.
I have to admit my S/S clutch was holding just fine... until I turned up the boost to 17psi on my GT35/40 w/Pineapple Motor (almost 500rwhp estimated). The first pass I made at 17psi smoked the clutch. Guess I exceeded the 400 ftlb of torque rating on the clutch and she gave up on me...LOL
PS I've got the same setup as Vosko now and love it..."Act extreme pp and rb six puck disk. "
