Is this a good deal?

I've been a Vette fanatic my whole life, and I'm ashamed to say, don't know anything about RX-7's. But there has always been something about the 3rd generations that I just love. There's not very many here in Hawaii to begin with, and even more rare to see a good one for sale. But I ran across this one the other day, and was wondering what you guys think about it. I don't have any pics unfortunately, but the interior and exterior looked immaculate. I haven't driven it yet. Below are the specs on the car. Do you think it is worth the money, and what kind of performance should I roughly expect from this car with these mods? Like 1/4 mile times for example.
Thanks in advance.

sounds sweet, but you could probably get a better deal...talk him down. How many buyers can there be?

Sounds a little high. I would think a stock one with that mileage could easily be found for 15-16k. What are the mods worth to you?

Get a compression test done

Dump pipe <-----BAHAHAHa, that's funny...downpipe
If the mods were done right, sounds like a pretty neat car. Do a search on how to test drive drive it.

Actually, the dump pipe is probably referring to the wastegate dumping out to atmosphere instead of being plumbed back into the exhaust = LOUD!

For those of you who think this car is too expensive, get a clue. I would imagine there are less than 20 FDs on the hawaiian islands. It isn't like the states where there's a lot to choose from. Not to mention the extensive mod list -- you did see the single turbo right?

Hoof Hearted: They only problem you may have with the car is tuning. Since XS is in Cali, his PFC has been tuned by mail, which is NOT reliable. You will need to get the car tuned at a dyno with a wideband O2 sensor. Also, that turbo is really running inefficiently at only 11 psi. FWIW, you could easily run 15 psi on that turbo and make 350-400 rwhp, depending on the porting of the engine and tuning.

the only thing i might be a little worried about is the engine and clutch, make sure you hear and at least get a ride in it before you put any money down, the price seems a little high as well. there must be a lot of stress on that engine and clutch, assuming they are both stock.
