The instructions I was using say to tap it and put in a cast iron screw but I can't find a tap big enough to thread the hole.

Did yall tap the hole or find another way to seal it up?

You need to use a NPT tap. It's pretty big.

I believe it is 3/8" - 18

If you need a pipe plug, I have 4 extra ones from my conversion since no local stores around my area had them in cast iron. I ordered a pack from ace hardware. I'm sure it would only cost like $1 to ship you one, so if you have trouble finding a plug LMK and I'll send you one if you pay for shipping.

Good luck, if you need help post away.

Deff need help. I have asked around and no one has anything big enough.

Shoot me a PM or mail me at Drbob271@hotmail.com with your paypal info an how much $ you need. I'll pay to have the part shipped 2 day, the car is in the garage at my old house and the house is sold so I'm in a race to get it out of the garage.

What hole are you talking about? When I went non-seq. I don't recall plugging any holes. Are you going "true" non-seq. or something where you start taking things apart?

Any decent plumbing or hardware store should have it, also Home Depot and Lowes.

Did you try those?

You must have gone the poor man's route.....these guys are going FULL non-sequential I believe.

It shouldn't be more than a couple bucks to mail it, I'm going to put one in an envelope in a second and weigh it. Hopefully it is under the alloted weight for normal mail then it will only be like 39 cents

If its 1 oz or under it will be 39 cents. for each additional ounce u add 24 cents.

I've tried Lowes and several friends with plenty of tools. Next stop will be Home Depot and then I'll see where to go from there.

Yes, I am going FULL non-sequential.

3/8's NPT is correct. Also, I used a 1/2 NPT for tapping the BoV/CRV nipples on my efini Y-Pipe, after pulling them out of course.
