Going to dyno - get tuned for 14 or 15 psi??
Going to KD Rotary in a few weeks and getting some 1200cc secondaries added. I'm running 13 psi right now on the PFC. 14 psi is still pretty safe with my fuel and engine mods but how about 15 psi?? I know 15 is about the limit for the turbos and engine as far as reliability and stress is concerned - what do you guys think??
if u get the 1200's yea get tuned for @least 15
15 is abt the efficency limit of the stock twins..but if i were u id get tuned for 17psi...just to be able to have it there if i needed it,
but as far as the amt of psi a engine can safley handle...who knows..i remember when i fist got into roatries people like adam saruatri runnin 20 psi was almost crazy...now theres a bunc of engines that see 30+ psi consistently and are reliable
its a big chunk how well your engines built, but more how good of tuneing u have
