1300 secondaries and a walbro or supra fuel pump and you're good to go assuming you already have a power fc.

It all depends on your goals. What exactly to you want to do with your car and how much power do you expect to make?

Reliability mods that you haven't already done yet. 1300cc side-feed secondary injectors or complete top-feed secondary rail with 1680cc injectors. Denso Supra fuel pump (ebay good place for good price). PowerFC if you don't already have. Open up your exhaust is nice but not required.

I'm also selling my old BNR's which were rebuilt and have full 1 year warranty to the buyer. Details in my sig.

power fc and comande and data log
they got every thing u will need for fuel mods

and since u r adding power u will wanna build up your suspension and rear end
and change all worn out and old stuff and upgrade a clutch

it wont be cheap

1300's are perfectly fine up to 15-17 PSi. Only reason I mention the 1600's is in case you ever go single in the future, you will be ready.

As I mentioned, you need to define what your goals are. You can technically run the BNR's on the stock fuel system and no other upgrades to the car. However, you won't see much of the potential of the turbos that way. Start with figuring out what you plan to do with the car then you can figure out what you need to get to that goal.

As Mahjik said, it depends what you are looking for. You might check my setup for ideas. . .it's not the fastest car on the street (but then if you wanted that you wouldn't be going with the BNR's), but it's a pretty well-balanced setup arrived at through a lot of trial and error. You need to do a lot of reliability mods as well as performance. Doing it all at once with a good plan will probably be cheaper than building it over time, but IT WILL COST A LOT OF $$$, so have enough budget or you will become frustrated quickly! When you get everything installed, invest in a good tune -- that may be the best money you spend on the entire project. Good luck.

The truth has been spoken.

BNRs can be used as a stock replacement where the ONLY thing you replace is the turbos. Doing this will not cause any problems whatsoever. Doing this will also not cause any miraculous hp gain.

When I first installed my BNRs I did a quick power comparison to the stock twins. At 12psi my stock twins made the exact same power as the BNRs. It's not until you start to push above 14-15psi that the BNRs really start to shine, and shine they do! Depending on how much support ($$$) you've poured into your engine they are perfectly capable of propelling your car (with stock ports) up to 400whp (and probably past, given enough fuel and cooling).

would you guys recommend the bosch 1600s cus rx7store.net makes a fuel rail designed for those?

and i'm looking at a 255lph walbro

and what do you think about the greddy m-spec intercooler, its pretty cheap and its a front mount so it sounds pretty good deal to me (about $550)

I would just get some 1300cc secondaries (bored out stock 850cc secondaries) + fuel pump and get a better intercooler. The Greddy winds up causing a lot of cooling issues and b/c there is so much piping the spool of the turbos is slower by about 500 RPM. A/C sucks too with the Greddy. Get a Vmount if you have the budget or a good SMIC if you don't.

If you are so educated, how come you can't write?

FYI - it gets annoying trying to figure out what people are trying to say in their poorly written sentences. People who actually know something won't bother reading something that badly written that doesn't make any sense. If you write something intelligent that people understand, you might actually get some better answers and help.

Modding by buying the cheapest of everything possible will cause headaches in the end. I wouldnt recommend the walbro, you're better off going with a supra pump. In my experience the supra pump is more robust and less prone to failures.

Also, look under the 3rd gen archives for a post started by me entitled 'fuel system ramblings.'

Also search under my username and 'dyno' and you'll find a thread from 2006 that lists the setup I used to make the 420 rwhp in my sig.

All of what you're asking has been answered about 500 times over the last few years, all you have to do is take the time and research

Here Im going to write you an option list...This is assuming your car is stock...

Stock boost...greatest reliability...Cost... $650-$950 depending on part condition new/used
Aluminum Radiator
Aluminum AST
1300 Injectors
Supra Fuel Pump
Downpipe

12-15lbs of boost still good reliability... Cost...$2200-$3600 depending on part condition new/used
Power FC
Full Cat-Back
High Flow Cat
Upgraded IC
Upgraded Clutch
Ignition Amp
Silicon Vacuum Lines
Tune(very important)

15+lbs of boost reliable with correct mods...Cost... $1450-$2900 Depending on part condition new/used
Upgraded Secondary rail and injectors
Aftermarket FPR
3 bar Map
Upgraded Solenoids
Aux Injection
Intake
Boost controler
Tune(very important)

As you can tell after stock boost the list gets pretty expensive but you can pay up front or in the end when your motor blows...Dont be cheap spend the money if you plan to upgrade or youll end up regretting ever starting to mod it... If you do it correctly and take your time and make sure its done right then it will last... This isnt a honda if you spend crap and put crap on it it will surely crap on you.
