The panel will if you bought a used one with everything you need. The roof panels are listed under the same part section in the microfiche.

69-810A - Panel, Sliding Roof
FD01-69-810B (w/steel sun roof)
F114-69-810B (w/glass sun roof)

So is the weatherstrip...

69-895 - Weatherstrip, S/Roof
FD01-69-825A (w/steel sun roof)
F114-69-825 (w/glass sun roof)

However, the glass sunroof requires trim panels that the steel roof doesn't.

69-861B - Cover (R), Decoration
F114-69-983 (w/glass sun roof)

69-861X - Cover (L), Decoration
F114-69-984 (w/glass sun roof)

69-863 - Cover, Lower Panel
F114-69-893 (w/glass sun roof)

Your right Jim, I completely forgot but there are three plastic trim pieces on the underside that should be there or it looks half-***.
