Hi guys,

My FD gearbox is intermittently very notchy, 2nd and 3rd slightly crunch, but it is only on say every 2nd or 3rd shift, I have filled up with new redline shockproof oil but doesn't seem to help.

Is the box just on the way out, is there anything else I can try or suggestions before I go ahead and bite the bullet and replace the box?

if syncros were worn, I would have thought it would be like this on every shift, but sometimes it shifts perfectly.......

anything to do with clutch engagement/bleeding/adjusting??
